We are hiring an

Executive Director

Rod’s House is seeking a strategic, community-focused Executive Director to lead the organization through an important phase of growth, stabilization, and long-term sustainability. We’re looking for a relationship-driven leader with strong operational and financial leadership experience who is passionate about supporting youth and young adults across Yakima County.

This full-time executive leadership role is based in Yakima, Washington and requires a strong in-person presence with staff, community partners, donors, and stakeholders. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to strengthen organizational systems, expand funding opportunities, support staff development, and ensure high-quality services for young people experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

Ideal candidates will bring executive leadership experience, financial management skills, fundraising and partnership development experience, and the ability to lead a complex, mission-driven organization through both strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

Salary range: $120,000–$135,000 DOE plus a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options.
